NextDeavor is seeking a Production Assembler 1 to support the assembly of small mechanical and electromechanical components. This onsite role operates on the 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 5:00 am–3:30 pm) and emphasizes precision, safety, and adherence to production targets.

You will handle micro-scale parts, review route cards, perform soldering, epoxies, and light heating, and participate in in-process testing while maintaining strong attendance and willingness to learn new processes.

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant assembly or vocational experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for small parts.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication; good interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts and components per instructions and procedures.
• Review traveler/route cards or simple schematic drawings to confirm sequence of operations.
• Position very small parts using microscopes, tweezers, or fixtures and perform fine adjustments and soldering.
• Bond or seal parts with epoxies and use ovens or direct heating elements as required.
• Conduct in-process testing and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance and support variable schedules or additional hours as necessary.
