Job summary

Remedy Staffing is seeking Production Assemblers for a growing manufacturing company in Clarence, NY. Pay starts at $18.00–$22.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and overtime as needed.

Assemble large products using hand and power tools, read and follow assembly instructions, and maintain quality standards. Candidates should be comfortable with cordless drills, wrenches, ratchets, and related equipment.

Remedy Staffing is currently hiring Production Assemblers for a growing manufacturing company in Clarence, NY.

Pay: Starting at $18.00-22.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed

Job Duties

• Assemble large products using hand and power tools
• Read and follow assembly instructions
• Use cordless drills, ratchets, wrenches, and other tools safely and effectively
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with moving materials and finished products as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience using power tools and hand tools is required
• Comfortable using cordless drills, ratchets, wrenches, and similar equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
