Job Responsibilities

As a production assembler, you will learn and perform all operations within your assigned assembly cell, adhering to quality standards and production times. You will rotate through various tasks, including cleanup, seat teardown, minor rework, equipment maintenance, and handling non-conforming materials. Effective communication and professionalism are essential. You must wear safety equipment as required and be able to stand, stoop, bend, walk, sit, and handle tools. Lifting up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 52 pounds occasionally is required. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, along with color discernment. You will use various tools such as hog-ring guns, torque guns, screwdrivers, and mallets.

Pay starts at $19.00 per hour. Shifts may vary, including up to 12 hours, weekends, and overtime based on business needs.
