Job summary

Westaff is seeking a Production Assembler for our warehouse in Salem, MA. The role involves 8-hour shifts from 8:00am to 4:00pm, with emphasis on hand-assembly using basic tools and strict attendance expectations. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities include assisting in all manufacturing tasks, inventory checks, quality testing, and packaging finished goods as part of a small team.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Standing for 6–8 hours required.
• Warehouse or production experience preferred.
• Production line experience preferred.

Production Assembler Hours : 8:00am- 4:00pm 1st Shift Good attendance is a requirement. Looking for production assembly workers at our warehouse in Salem, MA.

They will be using hand tools and assembling product during 8-hour shift (8am-4pm). Experience in assembly using small tools such as screw driver , pliers and snips. Lifting up to 50 lbs on occasion. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Work with small team environment. Standing required. The Production Associate (Assembler) will become an integral addition to our production team. He or she will assist in all daily production activities. The optimal candidate will be eager to learn and grow within our company.
