Are you passionate about design and detail? We’re looking for a Production Artist who thrives on bringing creative ideas to life through expert file prep and flawless execution. You’ll work with a wide range of marketing and communication materials—from digital assets to printed collateral—using Adobe Creative Suite and Acrobat.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Estimated Hourly Wage: $25.00 - $28.85 plus annual bonus opportunity.
• 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Prepare and edit files for digital and print production (flyers, banners, forms, event materials, etc.).
• Create interactive PDFs and fillable forms using Adobe Acrobat.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve formatting issues and ensure the best possible output.
• Keep brand standards and file management practices top-of-mind.
• Help maintain a large digital asset library and assist with uploading materials to our internal storefront.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat).
• Knowledge of digital and prepress production.
• Good communication skills and the ability to juggle shifting priorities.
• You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
• Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

• Experience with brand guidelines and digital asset management is a plus!
