Job summary

Arrow International is seeking a detail-oriented Production Artist to support our growing charitable gaming business. This on-site role focuses on revising and formatting pull tab games to meet print production and manufacturing requirements, including layout, typography, payout information, and production-ready artwork.

The position is on-site Monday through Friday at our headquarters in Brooklyn, Ohio. You will collaborate with Creative, Ticket Marketing, Technical, and Manufacturing to ensure

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in production art or related field.
• Degree in graphic design or Print Production, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience preparing artwork for commercial printing or manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Able to adapt to shifting priorities and changing project requirements.
• Able to work independently and across multiple departments.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills; willingness to learn.
• Experience with Mac OS, font management software, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Adobe scripting or workflow automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Revise and format pull tab artwork to meet manufacturing specifications and print production requirements.
• Resize and adjust pull tab tickets, seals, and flares for packaging lines.
• Modify existing game templates to incorporate spacing and payout updates.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and files for pre-press and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Creative, Ticket Marketing, Technical, and Manufacturing to ensure artwork meets specs.
• Prepare artwork for state gaming submissions and regulatory approvals.
• Review and proofread artwork; peer reviews before release to manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot artwork and production issues; implement revisions.
• Manage high volume of projects amid shifting deadlines.
• Maintain organized artwork files and templates; support workflow improvements.
