Techstyles Sportswear is seeking a detail-oriented Production Artist to support our U.S. sales teams by creating location-based artwork for apparel and merchandise.

You will work with the Creative Director and customers to identify designs, adapt catalog artwork, and develop new pieces while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Production Artist, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator/Photoshop), and strong typography and layout

Formación

• Minimum of three years of professional experience as a Production Artist.
• Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong typography, layout, composition, and color management skills.
• Experience preparing production-ready artwork for printing or product decoration.
• T-shirt design and screen-printing production experience is a plus.
• Experience with hardgoods (HG), drinkware, or related merchandise is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Create, modify, and prepare location-based artwork for apparel and other merchandise.
• Collaborate with Creative Director, sales reps, and customers to meet market needs.
• Utilize and adapt artwork from existing catalog while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and files per printing specifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Apply typography, layout, and design skills to ensure accuracy and visual appeal.
• Review artwork for spelling, color accuracy, and quality before production.
• Assist with art process: file prep, production requirements, workflow, prioritization.
• Communicate with teams to resolve artwork or production issues.
• Prepare and export artwork in PDF and other formats for printing and samples.
• Manage multiple design requests with deadlines.
