C2 Graphics Productivity Solutions is seeking a contract Production Artist to support data-driven publishing and high-volume print production at our Cascade, WI HQ. This role prioritizes accuracy, speed, and efficient workflows over design-centric tasks, with on-site training and potential hybrid work after performance.

The position offers 30–40 hours per week (contract to hire) with compensation of $22–$25 per hour, W2 through C2, and benefits after 30+ hours/week for 30 days, including medical

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years in a commercially focused print production or agency setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (portfolio or sample work required).
• Pro Excel user (data imports, formatting, variable data workflows).
• Experience preparing files for print and working with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Leverage advanced Excel skills to integrate, track and format data for large-batch projects.
• Prepare files for specialized print production and finishing.
• Collaborate with internal team and owners to deliver a high volume of work.
• Maintain accuracy while meeting urgent deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Produce custom print and digital assets for identification products using Illustrator and in-house workflows.
• Interpret client needs and translate them into flawless deliverables.
