Job summary

The Production Artist at Imagine Group will support the creative team and accounts by creating adaptive layouts, retouching, and prepping assets for print manufacturing. This role lays the foundation for a smooth workflow and ensures client expectations are met.

Responsibilities include collaborating with account managers to create layouts, producing mechanicals, and delivering print and digital assets. A team player with design software proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Job Summary

The Production Artist will be responsible for providing production support to our creative team and accounts. These responsibilities include creating adaptive creative layouts, retouching, preparing digital assets and/or files for print manufacturing. The production artist sets the foundation for a successful workflow process to ensure projects meet client expectations.

• Provide production support to assigned accounts by reviewing comp files, creating templates, and building production mechanicals for final delivery.
• Partnering with creative account managers to ensure projects meet client expectations as efficiently as possible.
• Comfortable producing deliverables for both print and digital.
• Have a clear understanding of how projects move through all phases of the production process.
• A true team player willing to assist with tasks outside of daily responsibilities.

Pay Range

USD $33 - $40/Hr

Pay Statement

The national pay range for this role is listed in the job posting. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Requirements

Minimum Qualifications of Position

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university a plus but not required.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications Of Position

• Proficient in all necessary design applications including Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Technically strong understanding of design tools and techniques.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to take direction.
• Able to work independently and within a team environment.
• Creative, passionate, flexible and a self-starter.
• Comfortable working within a deadline driven environment.
