Job summary

The Imagine Group, LLC is seeking a Production Artist to support our creative team and accounts. You will prepare adaptive layouts, retouch assets, and ready files for print and digital delivery.

You will collaborate with account managers to ensure projects meet client expectations, while maintaining deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role is client-focused and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university is a plus but not required.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Account Managers to craft adaptive layouts for entertainment and consumer brands.
• Provide production support by reviewing comps, creating templates, and building mechanicals for delivery.
• Partner with managers to ensure projects meet client expectations efficiently.
• Deliver print and digital deliverables with quality and accuracy.
• Understand how projects move through all production phases.
• Be a team player and assist with tasks beyond daily duties.

We are hiring two full-time employees for the 2:00 PM shift and freelance support for the 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM shifts.

Job Summary:

The Production Artist will be responsible for providing production support to our creative team and accounts. These responsibilities include creating adaptive creative layouts, retouching, preparing digital assets and/or files for print manufacturing. The production artist sets the foundation for a successful workflow process to ensure projects meet client expectations.

Job Description:

• Collaborating with Creative Account Managers to create adaptive layouts for entertainment and consumer brand clients.
• Provide production support to assigned accounts by reviewing comp files, creating templates, and building production mechanicals for final delivery.
• Partnering with creative account managers to ensure projects meet client expectations as efficiently as possible.
• Comfortable producing deliverables for both print and digital.
• Have a clear understanding of how projects move through all phases of the production process.
• A true team player willing to assist with tasks outside of daily responsibilities.

Pay Range:

USD $33 - $40/Hr

Pay Statement:

The national pay range for this role is listed in the job posting. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications of Position:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university a plus but not required.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications of Position:

• Proficient in all necessary design applications including Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Technically strong understanding of design tools and techniques.
