BRING DESIGNS TO LIFE | BECOME A FLOOR SUPPORT PRODUCTION ARTIST

THE OPPORTUNITY: At Lakeshirts, we're in the memory-making business-crafting bold designs for iconic gear people love to wear. We're looking for a Production Artist who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment to support our screenprint production floor. This onsite role is based at our Little Falls, MN location and plays a key part in ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment across thousands of vibrant, adventure-inspired products.

You'll work hands-on with Adobe Illustrator, troubleshoot issues, and help organize digital files to meet our design standards. If you're detail oriented, love to collaborate, and are excited to support a team producing high-volume, high-quality apparel, you'll fit right in.

This role operates at the creative center of our production floor-so expect changing temperatures, constant communication, and the ability to handle multiple distractions throughout your day.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Onsite position in Little Falls, MN)

PAY RANGE: $18/hr

Review and prep artwork to meet screenprint standards using Adobe Illustrator
Identify screens that are missing or damaged and coordinate reburns as needed
Update designs and communicate production errors for continuous improvement
Collaborate with leads and production teams to maintain high-quality output
Track and record inconsistencies to enhance Production Artist file readiness
Support daily workflow tasks including DTS sending, namedrop edits, and art proofs
Flex daily workload based on production schedule and department needs

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS | Tech-Savvy + Adaptable + Team-Oriented

2- or 4-year Graphic Design degree required
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and strong with computer-based tasks
Detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple interruptions
Clear communicator with solid time management skills
Self-starter who enjoys collaborating and working cross-functionally
Must be reliable, flexible, and Comfortable working onsite in a production setting with temperature variation and interruptions
