Job summary

M2S Group is hiring for a manufacturing role at our Appleton, WI facility. Starting wage is $25.96 per hour with pay differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and double-time on Sundays. After probation, there is advancement potential to $27.86–$31.53 per hour.

Expect 12-hour rotating shifts, onsite work, and weekend rotations in a non-climate-controlled environment. Responsibilities include operating rewinders, coaters, and forklifts; following safety protocols; and performing physical tasks while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred.

• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and climbing.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Rotate between 12-hour day and night shifts every two weeks (including every other weekend).

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation
• Forklift certification or experience preferred
• Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled setting (50-95°F)
• Flexibility to work in various departments as needed
