Following established procedures, responsible for performing all aspects related to board ordering. Acts as an effective back-up to both the production scheduler and buyer, while also performing key administrative and coordination duties related to safety and productivity. Clearly understands and performs the following job duties in accordance with GNC service, quality, and efficiency standards.
1. High school diploma or equivalency. A minimum of two years of experience in purchasing, scheduling, or safety or four-year college degree in a related field of study.
2. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
3. Ability to perform mathematical calculations: adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions, decimals and percentages.
4. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to follow verbal, written or diagrammatic instructions.
6. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
7. Capable of dealing with deadline pressures.
