Job summary

JUST ONE in Kentucky seeks a Production Supervisor to coordinate daily production and packaging activities, guiding teams to meet schedules, quality standards, and KPIs. You will ensure GMP/SOP compliance, maintain records, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires a technical degree and prior supervisory experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, with strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, or another relevant technical/scientific field.
  • Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment, ideally within regulated industries such as pharmaceutical/food/chemicals.
  • Supervisory/Team Leader/Shift Leader experience is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of GMP principles and regulated manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support production and packaging teams during daily operations and allocate tasks effectively.
  • Ensure execution of the production plan according to schedules, quality standards, and targets.
  • Monitor production processes and promptly address operational issues or deviations.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and internal quality requirements.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and records.
  • Monitor performance and contribute to achievement of KPIs (productivity, quality, efficiency).
  • Support training, onboarding, and continuous development of production personnel.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support the training, onboarding, and continuous development of production personnel
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
