Production and Maintenance Technician Apprentice

Position Details

• Location: Chestnut Hill, TN
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts; 4 on 4 off
• Pay Rate: $30.19

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork and problem-solving mindset.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Complete training from Production Associate to Assembly Mechanic.
• Perform daily maintenance, quality checks, and repair unplanned breakdowns.
• Conduct preventative maintenance monthly.
• Operate, adjust, and repair equipment.
• Inspect products and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain operational data and records.
• Maintain tools and perform housekeeping duties.
• Work rotating shifts with overtime, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or military troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• PLC troubleshooting and motor controls experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
