Position: Production and Maintenance Technician

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Wage: $34.08/hour

Sign-on Bonus: $2,500; relocation assistance also available

Shift: Night shift: 6pm – 6am; 3 on, 4 off; 4 on, 3 off

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, this role involves operating and maintaining high-speed steel packaging manufacturing equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate, adjust, and repair production equipment to meet customer specifications.
• Disassemble, overhaul, and rebuild equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Inspect in-process and finished products.
• Replenish supplies and materials.
• Input and retrieve information from computer systems.
• Communicate with the next shift.
• Maintain tools and perform housekeeping duties.
• Rotate through workstations as needed.
