Production and Distribution Associate & Delivery Driver

DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATE/DELIVERY DRIVER

The Distribution Associate is the support system for the Product Distribution Team. This person will support all logistics related to the labeling, packaging and dissemination of in‑house products. This is an integral position that will work hand‑in‑hand with multiple managers and team members to support retail and wholesale success.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare workstation daily and maintain a clean and productive work area.
  • Accurately weigh and package designated products.
  • Serve as a level of quality control and report any issues observed.
  • Be familiar with compliance guidelines for cannabis packaging and be able to articulate any known issues.
  • Get proficient with the in‑house produced line and be confident in steps and procedures to completely prepare items for distribution.
  • Responsible for proper use, safety, maintenance, and sanitation of designated equipment.
  • Accurately and completely document workflow via mechanisms provided.
  • Transport product between locations as assigned including: cultivation, manufacturing and retail deliveries.
  • Help prepare orders for pickup and delivery.
  • Carefully follow all SOP’S and PPE requirements.

Work Experience

  • Previous experience in a cannabis or similar warehouse experience.
  • Knowledge of cannabis and its products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills.

What You Should Bring

  • Current MED badge required.
  • Valid Driver’s Licenses
  • Valid ID, 21 and over only.
  • Fun attitude and strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a team‑player attitude is a must.
  • Sense of responsibility to abide by all company policies and procedures as well as compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
  • An eye for style, maintaining a neat and well‑groomed appearance, as well as good personal hygiene. Ensure that all clothing follows the company dress code.
  • The ability to creatively cultivate professional relationships.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs multiple times per day.
  • Schedule will vary depending on the needs of the business and can include nights, Weekends, and Holidays.
  • Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes. Must be able to sit, stand, reach, and lift for long periods of time.
  • Ability to drive and sit in traffic. Ability to unload and accurately complete multiple deliveries per day.
