Job Details: Job Location: Mesa, AZ 85204, Position Type: Full Time, The Production & Delivery Associate is responsible for producing high-quality identification and labeling products while ensuring timely delivery to customers. This role operates production equipment, performs quality inspections, prepares orders for shipment or delivery, and delivers finished products to customer locations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, customer-service driven, and capable of balancing production responsibilities with delivery commitments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review work orders, production schedules, and customer specifications to ensure accurate and timely production.
• Set up, operate, and maintain digital printing and production equipment according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Verify materials, dimensions, colors, designs, and finishing requirements before releasing orders.
• Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with customer specifications.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Prepare, package, and stage finished products for shipment or delivery.
• Deliver finished products to customer locations safely and on time.
• Develop familiarity with delivery routes and local service areas to maximize efficiency.
• Represent the company professionally and provide exceptional customer service during customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate production and delivery records as required.
• Follow all company safety policies, traffic regulations, quality standards, housekeeping requirements, and PPE guidelines.
• Collaborate with customers, internal departments, and team members to support efficient operations and on-time delivery.
• Support manufacturing performance goals related to quality, productivity, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one (1) year of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, specifications, and written instructions.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

There is moderate risk of injury if performing Finishing. If performing finishing, must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on feet entire shift. Safety equipment is required to be worn when on production floor. Work hours are generally during normal business hours and average 40 hours a week. May require some additional hours when production demand is at high levels. Consistent and regular attendance required.
