Job summary

SPL is seeking a detail-oriented Production Allocations Specialist for the Measurement Data Services team in Houston, TX. You will work with production and allocation data that drives monthly reporting, support reconciliation and regulatory filings, and help ensure accurate data across multiple systems.

This role requires strong Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced energy environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in production allocation or data‑intensive roles
• Strong attention to detail and data discrepancy resolution
• Ability to meet monthly close deadlines and work cross‑functionally
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate production and allocation data across spreadsheets and systems
• Generate and review production allocation reports for monthly reporting
• Support monthly reconciliation and close activities; investigate discrepancies
• Maintain master data and supporting documentation for allocation and reporting
• Assist with state and federal regulatory reporting and filings
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding data and deadlines
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely allocation and reporting
