Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, validate, and deploy AI-enabled capabilities across a Revenue Cycle Management platform. This role builds production-grade AI systems for claims, denials, AR management, coding, and analytics, deploying on cloud-native, containerized infrastructure via Kubernetes.

Expect hands-on work with Python, APIs, Docker, and multi-cloud AI platforms; strong emphasis on CI/CD, MLOps, governance, and integration with enterprise data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience delivering AI solutions from prototype to production.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and generative AI application development.
• Strong Python and API development skills.
• Cloud AI platforms experience (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
• Data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and enterprise data integration.
• CI/CD and MLOps for production AI systems.
• AI governance including explainability and auditability.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-enabled workflows for RCM use cases.
• Build LLM-based applications including RAG and agent orchestration.
• Develop containerized AI services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes deployments.
• Integrate AI with enterprise systems and data pipelines.
• Support agent runtime, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Ensure scalability and reliability of AI services in production.
