Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping production software end-to-end with AI coding tools.
• Ability to turn complex problems into scalable systems.
• Regular use of AI coding tools and deep knowledge of the AI landscape.
• Ability to teach technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Content creation and documentation experience.
• Strong ownership and collaborative approach across multiple client projects.

Responsibilities

• Ship real software and internal tools while documenting the process.
• Enter client codebases and deliver working AI workflows.
• Design reliable, auditable agent systems with humans in the loop.
• Lead customer workshops and training sessions.
• Create educational content to move operators from observers to practitioners.
• Iterate on production systems as they scale.
