Qualifications

• Establish and maintain development standards across source control, testing, documentation, deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Implement application monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance tracking for reliability and uptime.
• Maintain secure, well-documented, and supportable codebases.
• Create technical docs and user training materials to support adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers, estimators, field teams, and operational leaders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
• Gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and provide technical guidance on solution design and implementation.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and AI advancements and recommend opportunities for adoption where appropriate.
• Ensure AI and automation initiatives are deployed into production on a regular basis.
• Deliver technical solutions that adhere to architecture, security, and development standards.
