Bear Claw, an AI-powered recruiting and ATS platform, seeks an AI Agent Engineer to design and scale Cora, the intelligence layer. You will build production-grade agentic systems that reason over data, call tools, and interact with internal services in a secure, observable way.

Qualificações

• Strong Python engineering experience building production backend services/APIs.
• Hands-on experience creating LLM-powered agents or agentic applications in production.
• Experience with orchestration technologies like LangGraph, LangChain, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Understanding of tool calling, agent state, context management, and structured outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and develop agentic workflows that automate recruiting processes.
• Build agents that reason across candidates, jobs, clients, and ATS data.
• Design tool-call and MCP-based integrations for safe internal/external interactions.
• Develop RAG systems, vector search, and grounded responses.
• Create multi-step and multi-agent orchestration with context sharing and escalation.
