Job summary

Kurt J. Lesker Company is seeking a Production Administrator to act as the hub between customers, production, procurement, and operations. Based in Glassport, PA, you will coordinate repair orders, support schedules, and ERP transactions to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time.

The role offers full-time, permanent employment with a daylight Mon-Fri schedule, and involves hands-on work with specialized equipment in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years coordinating production, scheduling, or operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Manufacturing or repair environment experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and close production orders in D365.
• Coordinate repair jobs from intake through completion.
• Work with suppliers and procurement to source parts and services.
• Assist in quoting of customers throughout the process.
• Support outsourced repair activities and customer requotes.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and job documentation.
• Track repair status and communicate updates to teams.
• Support shop supply ordering and equipment maintenance tracking.
