Reports To:

Production Admin Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To support the company’s strategic direction and vision by performing clerical tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide clerical support with filing, scanning, data entry, and organization of various items.
  2. Schedule vendors/materials for job sites as requested.
  3. Provide front desk and phone coverage during reception lunch and days off.
  4. Meet with PMs & team members as needed to gather information and provide support.
  5. Assist team as needed with other projects.
  6. Evaluate, improve, and advise on current production programs and processes to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic plans.
  7. Ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Excellent communication skills with all levels of associates.
  3. Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office software.
  4. Ability to maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality.
  5. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, resource and time management, planning & organizing, teamwork, relationship building, initiative, flexibility, process improvement, and follow-through skills.
  6. Ability to sit and/or stand at the desk for extended periods, regularly walk, talk, hear, view computer screens, type, and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
