• 2+ years of accounts payable or account billing experience required.
• Must be organized, detail-minded, and process-oriented.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Voucher all bills related to expenses promptly.
• Assist in monthly payables review with ledgers and files.
• Maintain Change Order log and assign vendors.
