Are you looking for your first experience in a production environment? Would you like to discover what it means to work in a team oriented, dynamic and fast‑growing company?

Production Academy

Production Academy is a 5‑day hands‑on experience, running from Monday to Friday, designed for people who don't have previous experience as production workers but are motivated to learn and get involved. Only 4 places are available for this first edition. If you apply, you will go through a fair, transparent and non‑discriminatory selection process. Please note that submitting your application does not automatically guarantee a place in the Academy. Your motivation, skills and suitability for the opportunity will be considered.

Position

During the Academy, you will have the opportunity to discover our production environment and experience different activities across our workflow.

• Packaging and finishing
• Cutting
• Handling and preparation of materials
• Supporting different stages of the production process

Each day will be different, giving you the opportunity to see different activities and gain as clear an overview as possible of our production workflow.

Requisiti

• Are motivated to learn and try something new
• Are interested in working in a production environment
• Are reliable and team-oriented
• Are comfortable with hands‑on and practical activities
• Have a positive attitude and are willing to get involved

Previous experience is not required. What matters to us is your motivation, willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team.

• Contract: fixed‑term contract for the duration of the Academy

• After the Academy: if you are interested in continuing your journey with us, you may have the opportunity to join our production team.

And if you don't make it into this first edition, don't worry! We are already working on organizing further Academy editions, so there will be more opportunities to join us in the future.
