Pixartprinting - a Cimpress Company is seeking a Product Designer to join its team in New York. The successful candidate will help identify and introduce new products, improve existing offerings and support product testing and documentation.

The candidate will be closely involved in the following activities:

• Help identify new products to add to the catalogue
• Support the coordination of new product introduction projects
• Follow product and manufacturing process tests
• Design templates, operative instructions to support the product page
• Maintain and improve existing products (increasing productivity through optimization, improving flows following the entire flow of a product manufacturing)
• Configure the backend to enable the agreed workflow
• Coordinate with customer care to solve promptly product flow issues

Requisiti

ESSENTIAL:

• Previous experience in Product Design
• Advanced use of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
• Good problem solving and time management skills
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English language
• Accurate and extremely detail-oriented

PREFERRED:

• Degree in management engineering, architecture or industrial design or equivalent academic background.
• Knowledge of the graphic arts market and printing materials and technologies would be an asset
• Experience with complex product management tool
• Experience in an e-commerce
• Experience in a dynamic environment
