Job summary

Trelleborg is seeking a dedicated production worker for the second shift at our Mason City, Iowa facility. You will assist in manufacturing processes, mix and supply rubber compounds, and support production timelines across our US and international operations.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, following schedules, monitoring lines, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. Prior production experience and teamwork are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment a plus.
• Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively.
• Must meet physical demands (standing, lifting up to 40 lbs) and handle materials.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work second shift hours.
• Operate a forklift when needed.

• Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process (check weigh, extruder, minor station, batch off and cutter station).
• Follow production schedules and ensure tasks are completed within specified timelines.
• Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operation and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Package finished products according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled production worker to join our team for second shift. Located at our Mason City, Iowa facility, we mix and supply custom mixed rubber compounds to our US & international facilities as well as other large outside companies. You will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing processes, ensuring the efficient and timely production of our products.
