Job summary

QPS Employment Group has a great Production position available in Oskaloosa, IA. This is a 1st shift role with the opportunity for hire, offering $17.25 per hour.

The position requires reading work orders, inspecting products for quality, handling liquids, loading/unloading materials, and operating processing equipment. Candidates should be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours in a hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Read work order instructions and perform tasks as assigned by the work order sheet or supervisor.
• Inspect products and equipment for defects or quality issues.
• Fill buckets or totes with liquid pasteurized egg.
• Load and unload parts and materials in a timely manner between machine cycles.
• Install components using appropriate equipment and tooling as specified in work instructions.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisors.
• Inspect, organize, and place tubing properly; unload finished racks and place in correct bins.
• Perform routine quality checks on finished products according to instructions.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble processing equipment following standard operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and assist with job rotation and machine operation as needed.

Position Title: Production Wage: $17.25 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 10:00am-6:30pm QPS Employment Group has a great Production position available at a company in Oskaloosa, IA. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.
