Do you like working in a fast-paced environment? Come join our team! In this position, you will work with a team of 5-6 people to turn our sewn products and check them for quality before shipping to customers.

Position Summary: Performs tasks involving physical labor and machine operation; inspects products using vision before shipping; and counts products before packaging. This position offers an opportunity to earn a daily production bonus based on the number of units completed during the shift.

Shift: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Essential functions and responsibilities:

• Turn and shape products using hand tools and mechanisms
• Shape and position units or components for automated sewing or embellishment
• Prepare materials such as fabric, foam, or leather for machine use
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Prepare supplies like binding, cords, or threads according to specifications
• Complete products within the expected time frame
• Trim excess material or threads from finished products
• Inspect products and repair tags for defects or damage
• Package and box products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical demands and work environment:

• Physical demands: Standing for extended periods, manual handling, reaching, bending, talking, hearing, and occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds. Visual requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Work environment: Indoor setting with moderate noise levels.
