Job Summary


*Conduct training sessions in accordance with performance standards


*Responsible for product training and performance support within assigned GM dealerships


*Develop and manage schedule to support dealer needs while working with regional personnel on direction and priorities


*Conduct special training assignments and facilitate large group meetings as required


*Conduct launch training events as required


*Conduct on-going product study and competitive reviews


*Submit schedules, rosters, activity reports and expense reports according to performance standards


Qualifications


*3-5 years automotive related or automotive retail experience or commensurate experience


*In-depth knowledge of vehicle technology, light duty truck fundamentals, trailering and infotainment systems


*Strong communication skills


*Strong facilitation, presentation and coaching skills


*Organizational skills


*Computer skills/literacy and proficiency with PowerPoint


*Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Must be reliable
