Product Testing Analyst (Hybrid – Reynoldsburg, OH | $31/hr)

Location: Reynoldsburg, OH (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite as needed)

Duration: Nov 3, 2025 – Feb 6, 2026 (potential to extend)

Pay Rate: $31/hr (40 hours per week, W2 contract)

Our client, a leading global retail brand, is seeking a Product Testing Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will support the product development lifecycle by managing wear testing initiatives, analyzing test results, and delivering insights that directly influence design and business decisions.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, data-driven professional with strong communication skills and a passion for using consumer feedback to improve product fit, comfort, and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day execution of wear testing initiatives across apparel categories
  • Develop and distribute surveys, select participant groups, and coordinate product sample distribution
  • Recruit, engage, and support test panelists through clear communications and organized processes
  • Analyze test results, ensure accuracy in reporting, and present findings to cross-functional teams
  • Provide actionable business recommendations to improve product fit, comfort, and performance
  • Maintain benchmarking data and leverage metrics to influence product decisions

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience (business analytics, product evaluation, or consumer insights)
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) a plus
  • Background in customer insights or product evaluation highly desirable
