Job Title: Product Technician/ R&D Reagents (Life Sciences)

Work Locations: US-PA-North Wales

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development of products that align with the company’s mission and strategic goals.

- Continuously assess market position and identify potential opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Serve as the primary liaison between the Production team and US distributors/clients, ensuring smooth communication and project flow.

- Develop and apply new experimental techniques related to immune cells and cell assays to enhance product offerings.

- Prepare and present experimental reports, summaries, and protocols to the team, ensuring clear communication of findings.

- Manage day-to-day problem-solving, prioritize tasks, and coordinate efforts between the team and clients to ensure timely project execution.

Qualification:

- BS with 2-5 years or MS with 0-2 years laboratory experience, or equivalent experience in immunology and cell biology, and biochemistry.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of scientific principles related to antibody development, cell culture, test article treatment, sampling, IHC, ELISA, and Western Blotting.

- Experience with cell culture and IHC work is highly preferred.
