Product Technician - Night shift Full time! (Administrative)

Pay: $25.32 hourly

Contract Type: Direct Hire

Shift: B shift on a 2-2-3 schedule (Night shift) 6:45 PM - 6:35 AM

Training: Must be able to train on day shift for the first few weeks.

What You Will Do

Under general supervision, work as part of the shift technician team to set-up, operate, and maintain injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment, including robots, hot stamp, ovens, blending, vibratory, and palletizing systems. Responsible for product quality, including SPC.

How You Will Do It

• Operate Injection Molding Machines (IMM).
• Read and record process settings, make adjustments as needed.
• Set process parameters such as speeds, pressures, and temperatures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and resolve them.
• Perform manual mold, insert, cam, and color changes per BOM.
• Conduct weekly preventative maintenance.
• Change robot tooling and repair components.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S.
• Follow all safety protocols.
• Participate in meetings to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

What We Look For

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
