Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a senior product communications leader to articulate our long-term vision for human‑AI interaction and to shape how developers and businesses experience ElevenAgents. You will lead launches, craft compelling narratives, and manage security and incident communications across our platforms.

This remote-first role can be executed from anywhere on the US East Coast, with an option to work from our New York office.

Qualifications

• Run product or technical communications at a fast-paced B2B technology company, or built AI/software products.
• Lead significant launches and run campaigns between them.
• Exceptional writing across formats; translate complex technical topics into clear narratives.
• Experience with security, safety, and engineering teams, and managing incidents.
• Deep understanding of independent media landscape and relationships with influential commentators.
• Track record of excellence in building products or campaigns or related entrepreneurial work.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term vision for the future of human–AI interaction and what we’re building for developers and businesses.
• Shape the narrative around ElevenLabs products (esp. ElevenAgents), linking capabilities to emerging needs.
• Lead storytelling and communications for top-tier product launches with product marketing, and run campaigns between launches.
• Own security, privacy, and safety communications, including incident-response in a cross-functional team.
• Produce superb written materials (keynotes, talk tracks, social posts, press releases) and create demos of our tech.
• Build the profile of our leadership with media, social, and event appearances.
• Nurture relationships with journalists, Substack writers, podcasters, and other influencers.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and articulating our long‑term vision for the future of human‑AI interaction, and what we’re building for developers and businesses.

• Shaping the narrative around our products (in particular ElevenAgents), connecting our capabilities to emerging needs and trends in the wider world.

• Leading storytelling and communications for top tier product launches, in partnership with product marketing, and running campaigns between launches to demonstrate the value our platform delivers.

• Owning our security, privacy, and safety communications, including managing incident responses as part of a cross‑functional team.

• Producing superb written materials that advance our product story – including keynotes, talk tracks, social posts, and press releases – and creating scrappy product demos to show our technology in action.

• Building the profile of our technical and product leadership, developing novel points of view, and supporting them with media, social, and event appearances.

• Nurturing relationships with journalists, Substack writers, podcasters, technical creators, and other influencers who shape developer and enterprise buying decisions.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• Run product or technical comms at a fast‑paced B2B technology company, or built AI / software products.

• A record of leading significant launches, and running effective product campaigns in between them.

• Exceptional writing across different formats, with a talent for turning complex, technical topics into sticky narratives.

• Experience working with security, safety, and engineering teams, and managing incidents.

• Deep understanding of the independent media landscape and good relationships with some of the most influential commentators.

• A track record of excellence, be that building products, running superb campaigns, or some other entrepreneurial endeavor.

Location

This role is remote‑first, so it can be executed from anywhere on the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in GMT-5 to GMT-4 timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our New York office.
