  • Development Support
    • Support Developers and Materials with the wear test process: proto management, data compilation and communication to the PD team.
    • Support Developers on cut and sew, accessory, equipment and footwear tasks as directed (proto reviews, comments, data organization).
    • Manage Photo Kit (PK) samples: track them from factories, inspect select PKs against tech packs and send comments to factories, distribute to stakeholders and communicate status. Hold virtual reviews with Developers and ship to photo shoot locations based on the shoot schedule, as needed.

    • Monitor and respond to the Product Feedback Slack channel.
    • Generate and distribute tech packs in bulk for QC teams and Customer Experience Teams (CX).

    • Maintain the PD change log.
    • Support building Visual Line Plans (VLPs) with cross-functional partners.
    • Coordinate work to the GTM calendar so deadlines and milestones support on-time launches.
    • Capture product details for presentation decks and PIM.
    • Audit PIM (Product Information Management) for accuracy and consistency.
  • Physical Product and Space Management
    • Manage all physical samples and tools (TOP, protos, design reference): tracking, organization, shipping and purging.
    • Prepare protos and TOP samples for fit weeks, line reviews, GTM meetings, board meetings and Product Clinics.
    • Keep the fit room ready: inventory fit tools (hangers, chalk, pins, ski boots), keep the fit closet clean, and print and display Key Looks for easy reference.
    • Ship samples to external and internal partners as directed, including international shipments (commercial invoices, customs clearance support).
    • Maintain inbound and outbound tracking data in the Product Packaging Asana project.
    • Manage color palette creation and distribution to factories, developers, sales.
    • Provide office administration support as needed. This may include errands, meeting setup and teardown, snack replenishment and creating printed materials.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in project management, product development, product line management or a similar role
  • Associate degree or higher
