What You'll Do

During the concept phase, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand user and clinical needs and translate them into early-stage concepts and new inventions. As development progresses, you'll own requirements identification and decomposition to ensure designs meet user needs, applying systems engineering techniques such as traceability, architecture, modeling, trade studies, simulation, and budgeting. You'll also support system integration efforts and may lead verification activities to confirm the design performs as intended.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who can work independently with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment based on practical experience and professional expertise. Strong candidates are clear communicators, creative problem solvers, and comfortable balancing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment.

A university degree in engineering or a related field is typically required, or an equivalent amount of practical experience gained on the job. This is an entry‑level to early‑career individual contributor role, prior systems engineering experience is a plus but not required.
