Job summary

Responsibilities include handling streaming issues, managing sponsorships, and organizing shipping orders. • Keeping track of sponsorships and giveaways.
• Correctly organizing orders for the shipping department.
• Communicate with internal team.
• When necessary, cross-train and participate in other aspects of the business.

• Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred.
• Previous experience in Product Support or in a similar position.
• Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and laptops.

• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
