Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Product Support Specialist to join the Technical Product Support Department in Warroad, MN. You will help customers understand product options, pricing, and specifications, delivering clear, timely support and solutions that meet customer and production needs.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, enjoy solving unique questions, and collaborate with teams to find optimal results. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is included.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or related discipline.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training.
• Collaboration skills with sound judgment in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications.
• Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Solve complex and unique challenges using creative and practical problem-solving.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions are within production capabilities.
• Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals.
• Contribute to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality goals.
