What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding software usage and troubleshoot any related issues
- Provide information on available product training resources and improve technical documentation
- Log all customer interactions and support requests for record-keeping and reporting
- Collaborate with the Product team to enhance software based on customer feedback
- Support colleagues and assist with special projects as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical and customer support, preferably in the technology/SaaS industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and data-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Previous remote work experience and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
