Reporting to the Commercial Product Support Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our post-sales support operations—ensuring our customers and channel partners have everything they need to keep their equipment running smoothly.In this role, you’ll identify parts and fulfill technical documentation requests, troubleshoot equipment issues with precision and professionalism, administer warranty claims with efficiency and care, and handle a wide variety of post-sales support needs with a customer-first mindset.
