Job summary

Simio LLC is seeking a Spring/Summer 2026 Product & Support Services intern/co-op to work with Applications Engineers on product planning and support for internal stakeholders and customers.

You will assist with customer support cases, troubleshoot Simio models, participate in the product planning process, perform product testing, develop documentation and Knowledge Base articles, and create or enhance Simio SimBits.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year, accredited university.
• Studying Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Management Science & Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or Decision Sciences.
• Completed undergraduate/graduate course in Discrete Event Simulation or related projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Simio and/or other DES applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with productivity apps; knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-starter with desire to learn advanced Discrete Event Simulation and Digital Twin topics.

Responsibilities
