FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Product Support Representative Specialists - GMI solution in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves working with Exchanges on mandatory projects: scope, testing, and implementation. Responsibilities include analyzing the impact of GMI Client Service Bulletins and annual release upgrades, including regression and functionality testing. The candidate will test and deploy GMI annual PTF versions and MEC versions in clients' production environments, ensuring compliance with FIS and client requirements. Additional tasks involve testing and implementing changes in GDS, addressing issues raised by users, supporting internal teams, and assisting with environment and test configurations during software implementation.
