Google is seeking a Product Support Manager to elevate the Account Access and Recovery experience with accessible, personalized support. You will leverage User Voice research and AI-driven data to build user trust across products and deploy new reporting infrastructure for broader operational success.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage feature launches, troubleshoot complex issues, and translate business needs into technical solutions for partners and users worldwide.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $114000 - $163000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
