Google’s gTech team in Boulder seeks a Product Support Manager to elevate Account Access and Recovery experiences for a global user base. You will leverage user feedback and AI-driven data to build trust, deploying reporting structures that drive operational success.
You will partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver feature launches, pilot new processes, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions for internal and external partners.

As a Product Support Manager, you will elevate the Account Access and Recovery experience by delivering accessible, personalized support. You will advocate User Voice research and leverage AI-driven data to build user trust across our products, deploying new reporting infrastructure to drive broader operational success.
