Job summary

A leading software company is looking for a Product & Support Services Intern/Co-op in Pittsburgh. The role involves assisting engineers with product planning, troubleshooting Simio models, and developing documentation. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a four-year university, studying relevant engineering fields, and have experience with Discrete Event Simulation. Strong communication skills and knowledge of Simio are required. This is a paid position with flexible hours based on school terms.

Qualifications

• Completion of a course in Discrete Event Simulation.
• Experience with projects using Discrete Event Simulation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer support cases.
• Troubleshoot customer and internally developed Simio models.
• Participate in the product planning process.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Minitab

Knowledge of Python

Education

Currently enrolled in a four-year, accredited university
