What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert for L1/L2 teams, assisting in the resolution of complex customer issues
- Collaborate with engineering and product management to support product development cycles from concept to release

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise storage, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure support/engineering
- Strong understanding of file systems (POSIX, NFS, S3) and storage performance
- Proven debugging skills at system/protocol/application levels
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML data pipelines, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and GPU-based architectures
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
