Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, product development, or related experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience in an agile development environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmaps, and portfolio management across contracting, credentialing, and network.
• Coach and develop a high-performing Product Management team.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launches.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and insights into investment decisions and business cases.
