Accountabilities

• Lead strategic planning initiatives, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align product strategies with market opportunities and organizational goals.
• Design and implement processes that enhance operational efficiency, improve product development workflows, and foster collaboration across teams.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, monitor performance metrics, and identify areas for product and operational improvement.
• Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment to drive successful execution of product strategies.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes, adapting product strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product strategy, operations, or related roles within fintech, blockchain, or financial services.
• Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and strategic product development.
• Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to leverage insights to guide decision-making and improve product strategies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
